AI Adoption / AI Workshop

A working session, not a presentation.

Teams spend most of the time with their hands on the tools, working their own tasks with a facilitator looking over their shoulder. The measure of a good workshop is what the team has running when they walk out.

What an AI workshop is
An AI workshop is a facilitated hands-on session where a team applies AI tools to its own live work under expert guidance.

The distinction from training is the ratio. A workshop spends roughly seventy percent of its time on participants doing the work and thirty percent on instruction, which is the inverse of a typical course. That ratio is what produces artefacts. A team that has spent three hours applying tools to its own backlog leaves with tested prompts and a ranked shortlist, whereas a team that has watched a demonstration leaves with notes.

Who it is for

Formats we run most.

The workshop adapts to the group. What stays constant is that participants work their own tasks rather than a prepared case study.

01

Single-function team workshop

One department, one set of workflows, deep focus. The highest-yield format and the one we recommend for a first session.

02

Cross-functional workshop

Representatives from several functions working a shared process end to end, useful when the bottleneck spans teams.

03

Leadership working session

A shorter hands-on block for executives who want direct exposure before committing budget. Often runs alongside AI for Leaders.

04

Train-the-facilitator workshop

For L&D teams who intend to run their own sessions afterwards, covering facilitation, exercise design, and assessment.

The curriculum

How a workshop runs.

The guided build block is the point of the day. Everything before it exists to make that block productive, and everything after it exists to make the output survive.

Module
What happens
Time
01
Frame and inventory

Short framing on what these tools do well, then the team maps its own weekly work and scores tasks on volume, repeatability, and risk.

45 min
02
Guided build

Participants work their top-scoring tasks with approved tools while facilitators circulate. Most of the day sits here, and most of the value comes from the feedback loop on individual attempts.

120 min
03
Share and pressure test

Teams demonstrate what they built to each other. The group tries to break each approach, which surfaces the failure modes a solo attempt misses.

60 min
04
Prioritise and commit

The room ranks what is worth keeping, assigns owners, and agrees which items need engineering support rather than a prompt.

45 min

Formats

Three formats.

Half day suits a focused single-function team. Full day is right when the workflows are complex or the group spans functions.

Half day 3.5 hrs

Focused workshop

One team, one workflow set. A shortened build block and a tighter shortlist at the end.

Onsite, 12 to 25 people
Full day 6 to 7 hrs

Deep workshop

Extended build time and a full pressure-test round. Best for complex or cross-functional processes.

Onsite, 12 to 40 people
Virtual 3 hrs

Remote workshop

Breakout-based delivery on IST with recorded framing, suited to distributed and shift-based teams.

Virtual, up to 40 people

Outcomes

What the team walks out with.

01

Tested prompts on real tasks

Ten to twenty approaches that worked on the team's own work, written down in a format they keep.

02

A ranked workflow shortlist

What to automate next, what needs engineering, and what should stay manual.

03

Named owners and a review date

Commitments made in the room, so the output has somewhere to go on Monday.

Delivery in India

Built for how Indian enterprises actually roll out AI.

Most of our work runs with banks, NBFCs, insurers, and manufacturers headquartered in India. The programme assumes Indian regulatory context, distributed field teams, and mixed levels of digital comfort across the workforce.

  • DPDP Act and sector regulation built into the curriculum

Sessions cover the Digital Personal Data Protection Act 2023 alongside RBI, IRDAI, and SEBI expectations, so teams learn what they can put into a model before they start using one.

  • Delivered onsite across Indian metros and tier 2 cities

Facilitators travel to your offices, branches, and plants. Virtual cohorts run on IST with recordings for shift-based teams.

  • Designed for field and branch workforces

Content works for relationship managers, collections agents, and plant supervisors, without assuming a desk, a laptop, or prior AI exposure.

  • English plus regional language support

Facilitation runs in English and Hindi as standard. Additional regional languages are arranged for large field cohorts on request.

Questions

What teams ask before they start.

If your question is here in a form we have not covered, ask us directly and we will answer it plainly.

What is the difference between an AI workshop and AI training?

A workshop spends roughly seventy percent of its time on participants working their own tasks, with instruction filling the rest. Training inverts that ratio and covers a broader curriculum over multiple sessions. Choose a workshop when a team needs momentum on specific work, and training when an organisation needs sustained capability across many roles.

How long is an AI workshop?

Three formats: half day at 3.5 hours, full day at 6 to 7 hours, and a 3 hour virtual version delivered on IST. Half day works for a focused single-function team. Full day is the right choice when workflows are complex or the group spans several functions.

How many people can attend?

Between 12 and 40, depending on format. The guided build block depends on facilitators giving feedback on individual attempts, so we add a facilitator for every 15 or so participants rather than letting the ratio slip.

Do participants need prior AI experience?

No, though the session moves considerably faster when the group has already completed AI for Everyone. Without that baseline the first block spends time on fundamentals and data rules that would otherwise go into the build.

What tools do you use in the workshop?

Whichever tools your organisation has approved. If no tool has been approved yet, we run on a neutral setup and use the session to inform that decision, which often becomes the first item on the resulting shortlist.

Can you run workshops onsite across India?

Yes. Facilitators travel to offices, branches, and plants across Bengaluru, Mumbai, Delhi NCR, Pune, Hyderabad, Chennai, Kolkata, and Ahmedabad. Virtual cohorts run on IST for locations outside the travel plan.

What does an AI workshop cost in India?

Pricing depends on format, group size, number of facilitators, and travel. Indian delivery is quoted in INR, with per-cohort rather than per-seat pricing for onsite sessions. Send us your format and headcount for a fixed quote.

What happens to the output after the workshop?

The prompt library and shortlist go to the team with a named owner and a review date agreed in the room. Items that need engineering rather than prompting are routed into an AI Enablement or build conversation, so nothing on the list is left without a path.
