AI Adoption / AI for Everyone

One AI baseline for everyone who works here.

A single shared starting point for the whole organisation. People leave knowing what these tools are good at, where they fail, what they are allowed to put into one, and how to get a useful answer on the first try.

What AI literacy means
AI literacy is the shared baseline that lets an employee use an approved AI tool correctly and safely without supervision.

It covers four things: what the technology can and cannot do, how to write an instruction that returns something useful, how to check an answer before acting on it, and which categories of company or customer data must never be entered. Literacy is the floor that every other AI programme stands on. Skip it and departmental training spends its first hour re-teaching the basics.

Who it is for

Who sits in this room.

Everyone. The session assumes no prior exposure and no technical background, which is what makes it work as a company-wide baseline.

01

Frontline and field staff

Relationship managers, collections agents, branch staff, and plant supervisors who have never used an AI tool at work.

02

Back office and support functions

Operations, finance, HR, and admin teams who handle sensitive records and need the data rules before the prompt skills.

03

Managers and team leads

People who will be asked by their teams whether a given use is allowed, and need to answer that confidently.

The curriculum

The four modules.

Runs as a single 90 minute session or a half day with hands-on practice. The half day version is what we recommend for a first rollout.

What these tools actually do

A working mental model of language models with no mathematics. Where they are strong, where they invent things, and why the same question can return two different answers.

02
Writing instructions that work

Context, task, format, and constraint. Participants rewrite their own weak prompts and see the difference immediately on real work examples.

03
Checking output before you act

How to spot a confident wrong answer, when a claim needs a source, and which decisions always require a human sign-off regardless of how good the output looks.

What never goes into a model

Customer PII, credentials, unpublished financials, and regulated records. Grounded in the DPDP Act and your own approved-tool list rather than generic advice.

Outcomes

What changes afterwards.

01

A workforce that stops guessing

People know which tool is approved for which task, so shadow usage on personal accounts drops.

02

Fewer data incidents

The data rules land before the enthusiasm does, which is the whole reason to run literacy first.

03

Departmental training that starts faster

Function-specific sessions can open at the workflow instead of re-teaching fundamentals.

Delivery in India

Built for how Indian enterprises actually roll out AI.

Most of our work runs with banks, NBFCs, insurers, and manufacturers headquartered in India. The programme assumes Indian regulatory context, distributed field teams, and mixed levels of digital comfort across the workforce.

  • DPDP Act and sector regulation built into the curriculum

Sessions cover the Digital Personal Data Protection Act 2023 alongside RBI, IRDAI, and SEBI expectations, so teams learn what they can put into a model before they start using one.

  • Delivered onsite across Indian metros and tier 2 cities

Facilitators travel to your offices, branches, and plants. Virtual cohorts run on IST with recordings for shift-based teams.

  • Designed for field and branch workforces

Content works for relationship managers, collections agents, and plant supervisors, without assuming a desk, a laptop, or prior AI exposure.

  • English plus regional language support

Facilitation runs in English and Hindi as standard. Additional regional languages are arranged for large field cohorts on request.

Questions

What teams ask before they start.

If your question is here in a form we have not covered, ask us directly and we will answer it plainly.

Who should attend AI for Everyone?

Every employee, regardless of role or seniority. The session assumes no prior AI exposure and no technical background, which is what allows it to work as a single company-wide baseline. Organisations typically run it across the full workforce before starting any department-specific training.

How long does the programme take?

The core session runs 90 minutes. The half-day version adds hands-on practice on your own work examples and is what we recommend for a first rollout, because people retain the data rules far better after applying them themselves.

How many people can attend one session?

Cohorts run from 25 to 500. Above roughly 80 participants the format shifts to a facilitated broadcast with breakout practice, and we add facilitators so every group still gets live feedback on their prompts.

Do participants need laptops or prior tool access?

For the 90 minute session, no. For the half-day version participants need access to whichever AI tool your organisation has approved, since the practice runs on real tools rather than screenshots. We help confirm access before the session date.

Is the training available in Hindi and other Indian languages?

Facilitation runs in English and Hindi as standard. Additional regional languages can be arranged for large field cohorts, which matters most for branch and plant teams outside the metros.

How does this differ from AI for Departments?

AI for Everyone teaches the shared baseline that applies to all roles. AI for Departments then takes each function into its own workflows, with sales, finance, HR, support, and operations working on the specific tasks they run every day.

How do you measure whether the training worked?

We assess three things at 30 and 90 days: whether people can identify a disallowed data category, whether their prompts have improved against a rubric, and whether usage of approved tools is actually rising in the telemetry. Attendance alone is never treated as evidence.
