Training with nowhere to land
A generic session produces a certificate. If nobody redesigns the workflow afterwards, the new skill has no task to attach to and decays within weeks.
AI Adoption
Five programmes that take an organisation from first exposure to measured daily use. We start where your people actually are, work on the tasks they actually run, and report adoption in usage data rather than attendance.
Five programmes, one sequence
AI for Everyone
AI for Departments
AI for Leaders
AI Workshop
AI Training
Access is not adoption. Most enterprises can give every employee an AI tool in an afternoon, and most see usage collapse within a month. What closes that gap is a sequence: a literacy baseline so people know what is allowed, function-specific training so the skill attaches to real tasks, leadership alignment so the priorities are funded, and measurement in usage telemetry so the programme can be corrected while it is still running.
The programmes
Run them in sequence for a full rollout, or start with the one that matches where the organisation currently is.
One shared literacy baseline for the whole workforce, covering safe use and working prompt skills.
ForAll employees
02Function-specific tracks for sales, finance, HR, support, and operations, built on their own workflows.
ForFunction teams
03Delivered as Ascend. Peer benchmarking, an AI priority map, and a 90-day action brief for the leadership team.
ForCXO and VP level
04A hands-on working session where a team applies AI to its own backlog and leaves with tested prompts.
ForSingle or cross-function teams
05A standing role-based curriculum with assessment, certification, and adoption reporting.
ForL&D and function heads
The problem
The failure is rarely the technology. NASSCOM's AI Adoption Index reports that Indian enterprises have largely solved strategic planning, and that execution capability is where the bottleneck now sits.
A generic session produces a certificate. If nobody redesigns the workflow afterwards, the new skill has no task to attach to and decays within weeks.
People are handed a tool with no clear line on what data may go into it, so the cautious ones stop using it and the incautious ones create a risk.
When the executive team has never ranked its AI priorities together, budget scatters across departmental pilots that never consolidate into anything.
Completion rates look excellent while actual tool usage falls. Without telemetry the programme cannot be corrected until the year is over.
The engagement
A first rollout typically covers a quarter. Each phase produces something the next phase depends on.

Track record
Gyde has been changing how large Indian workforces use enterprise software for years. These are published outcomes from that work.
Loan files going on hold fell by close to half within three months across a lending workforce of more than 50,000 people.
Training and onboarding time on the customer acquisition system dropped by 63 percent, with data errors down 78 percent.
CRM adoption lifted across every branch in the network, with new agents reaching working competence 57 percent faster.
Distributed field and branch teams brought onto a common way of working, measured through in-product usage rather than attendance.
Delivery in India
Most of our work runs with banks, NBFCs, insurers, and manufacturers headquartered in India. The programme assumes Indian regulatory context, distributed field teams, and mixed levels of digital comfort across the workforce.
Sessions cover the Digital Personal Data Protection Act 2023 alongside RBI, IRDAI, and SEBI expectations, so teams learn what they can put into a model before they start using one.
Facilitators travel to your offices, branches, and plants. Virtual cohorts run on IST with recordings for shift-based teams.
Content works for relationship managers, collections agents, and plant supervisors, without assuming a desk, a laptop, or prior AI exposure.
Facilitation runs in English and Hindi as standard. Additional regional languages are arranged for large field cohorts on request.

Questions
If your question is here in a form we have not covered, ask us directly and we will answer it plainly.
AI adoption is the point at which people use AI in their normal work without being prompted, and the work measurably changes as a result. Giving employees access to a tool is not adoption. Adoption requires a literacy baseline, training tied to real workflows, leadership alignment on priorities, and measurement in usage data rather than attendance.
If leadership has not yet agreed its AI priorities, start with AI for Leaders, because departmental effort scatters without that direction. If priorities are already clear, start with AI for Everyone to establish the safe-use baseline, then run function tracks for the two or three teams with the most repeatable work.
A first rollout typically covers a quarter: two weeks to assess, two to align leadership, six for the literacy baseline and priority function tracks, and two to measure and decide where to expand. Organisation-wide programmes across thousands of people run longer and are phased by region or business unit.
Three measures: capability movement against a baseline taken before training, actual tool usage pulled from your telemetry, and evidence that specific workflows changed. Attendance and course completion are recorded for governance and are never presented as adoption outcomes.
Adoption is the people layer and enablement is the systems layer. Adoption changes what people do through training, workshops, and leadership alignment. Enablement changes what the systems allow through approved tools, model access, guardrails, and usage telemetry. Most organisations need both, and running training without enablement is the most common reason adoption stalls.
Yes, and it is where most of our work sits. Facilitators deliver onsite across Bengaluru, Mumbai, Delhi NCR, Pune, Hyderabad, Chennai, Kolkata, and Ahmedabad, with virtual cohorts on IST. Content is grounded in the DPDP Act 2023 alongside RBI, IRDAI, and SEBI expectations.
Most of our delivery is with banks, NBFCs, insurers, and manufacturers, along with retail, telecom, and healthcare organisations. Financial services is the deepest area, which shapes how seriously the programmes treat data handling and audit evidence.
Yes. The programmes were designed for distributed Indian workforces, including relationship managers, collections agents, branch staff, and plant supervisors. Content assumes no laptop, no prior AI exposure, and mixed digital comfort, and facilitation runs in English and Hindi as standard.
